		<description>@Brenda - I would recommend not ruling out therapy altogether. The therapist must be someone who is a strong believer and has the necessary skills to help you through.

They will have insights that many other people will not have.

A non-believer therapist will tend to give you a world view, very accepting of everything you say, when in fact, an honest, trusted and strong Christian can help you identify and deal with incorrect thinking patterns which are not in line with God and what He promises for us.</description>
